Primary colors were the original color scheme for most nurseries, but over the last few decades more and more nurseries have been inspired by parents’ personal aesthetic, as well as ever changing color trends, popularity of characters, etc. As much as we love sophisticated color palettes and all-white nurseries, we’re happy to see that primary colors are back in style and taking on a more modern approach while still maintaining child-like whimsy.
We love these three nurseries that utilize primary colors in a really fresh way and chose a few of our personalized growth charts that would accent them perfectly.
We love the soothing blue and white walls with bright pops of primarily colors and would play them up with either the On the Go personalized growth chart or Ladybug Love personalized growth chart. (Image courtesy of Apartment Therapy)
The bold colors and stripes of this nursery coordinate with the Color Me personalized growth chart, whose white background also ties in nicely with the light wall trim and crib. (Image found on Elizabeth Hill Cottage blog)
For this fresh, yet bold and modern room, which of these personalized growth charts would you choose: Finish Line, Animal Crackers or a solid colored one like Perfect Pennant? (Image courtesy of Spearmint Baby)
Utilizing personalized growth charts to highlight certain colors or patterns in a room is a perfect way to combine form and function.
