- Every month measure them on their birth date (example: May 2, June 2, July 2, etc)
- Measure kids at big milestones, like 1st day of school, 1st lost tooth, 1st day of Little League, etc)
- Take photos and include it as part of the ritual so the memories are captured digitally, as well as on the chart itself
- Let siblings measure each other
