After recently reading about the beauty of versatile names on Babble, it seemed only fitting that our Cool Name of the Week would be Theodore, which is very distinctive on its own or shortened to Ted, Teddy, Theo, or simply T (some initials just sound good by themselves!). Theodore is Greek for “gift of God,” and is a very classic, traditional name that is in the top 200 most popular baby names so it’s common without being over-used.
