As you know, we often create fun freebies in addition to our line of personalized baby gifts, 1st birthday shirts, big sister shirts, and big brother shirtsand have stored the newest ones on our Fun page. Over the years we’ve been asked about different projects, like the Month-by-Month Printable Onesies and the Burp Cloths How-To, which had been archived. Well now we’ve updated the Fun page to showcase all of the various freebies we’ve created so you can take advantage of all our DIY goodies, games, and more whenever you want.
Celebrating a kiddo’s birthday? The Fun page has several projects to help make a birthday party really festive, from hats to interviews to printable infographics, all inspired by our collection of1st Birthday Shirts.
Planning a baby shower or just want a fun project to do with the kids? You can’t go wrong with the DIY Flag Pennant, Crayon Bag Tutorial, or Easy No Sew Tutu.
The DIYs for moms, like lunch notes and planning forms, make treasured keepsakes, because we know how fast time flies and wee ones change and grow. That’s one of the main reasons we love creating personalized growth charts, 1st birthday shirts, and big brother shirts, as well as freebies.

What We Love Now: Pastels (+ Link to Yummy Recipe)
When designing our line of personalized baby gifts, big sister shirts, andbig brother shirts, we look for inspiration everywhere, including in the kitchen! When we saw this amazingly delicious (and super pretty!) recipe for Bunny Bark by Bakerella on People.com, all we could think was, “Wow, we love pastels!” Ok, our first thought was “Get in ma belly!” but you know what we mean.
Pastels may not be bold, but these happy hues work just as well for boys as they do for girls, especially when mixed in with bright colors. Our big brother shirtsandbig sister shirts are proof of that!

As business people, we know our customers rely on us to offer them the best quality personalized baby gifts around. This is why we’re always paying attention to what’s on the market and looking for ways to be even better.

We have and always will continue to strive to keep our line of personalized baby gifts at the peak of perfection so our beloved customers know they only get the best when they come to us.
We have another exciting announcement about our personalized growth charts coming up very soon, so keep your eyes open. And if you’d like some ideas of how to hang your child’s growth chart, here are a few links to ideas:

Our Favorite Monogrammed Personalized Baby Gifts
We love a monogram. It’s sophisticated and special, with an initial that brands an item as its owners. And when it comes to baby shower and 1st birthday party themes, it’s extra special to incorporate monograms into the décor, as well as coordinating personalized baby gifts.
Here’s some inspiration for monogrammed parties and gifts:
This Monogram & Elephant Preppy Baby Shower with monogrammed drink station and dipped Oreos is very on trend, and just plain adorable. (Hostess With the Mostess)
Even if a baby’s gender and/or name isn’t known, use the last name initial on personalized onesies for a thoughtful, custom gift. (Shown: Scallop Monogram, Modern Monogram, and Classic Monogram personalized onesies)
Bright greens and blues (and monogrammed sweets) bring this Frog Prince 1st birtday party to life. (Frog Prince Paperie)
When celebrating a big day, 1st birthday shirts with the birthday boy or girl’s initial make excellent gifts that can be enjoyed all year long. (Shown: Cake Time, Roaring Racecar, Fun to Be One 1st Birthday shirts)
Have you incorporated monograms into a baby shower or 1st birthday party and did you give monogrammed personalized baby gifts as well?
Nursery Decor Trend: Pastels
Right now pastels are all the rage in fashion, but when it comes to nursery décor, they are in demand all year long. Perfect for both baby boys and girls, these tones may be soft, but their impact is strong.
We’ve found some pretty pastel colored nurseries and chosepersonalized growth chartsthat would add even more sweetness to these rooms.
We love this eclectic room with multiple pastel shades with small pops of bright colors, it has a real uplifting feel to it, so we’d add in the Balloon Party personalized growth chart which mirrors that same look and feel. (Image found on Spot the Penguin)
Soft and dreamy, this whimsical nursery has a beautiful pastel aqua paint color and a mix of art that the Woodland Fun personalized growth chart would easily accent. (Apartment Therapy)
Simple and sophisticated, the pastel mint green and yellow nursery is grounded by a soothing taupe, similar to the Picture Me personalized growth chart. (On to Baby)
Neutral without being boring because of the pastel robin’s egg blue wall and accents, we think all these adorable birdhouses need a few birds to go with them, like those in the Hoot Hoot personalized growth chart.(Interiorzine)

Petite Lemon in Real Life: Carly from Ever Clever Mom
How lucky are we to have such fabulous customers that they share their pictures of their kiddos with their favorite Petite Lemon products, from personalized growth charts to big brother shirts or big sister shirts. It just makes our hearts happy to seeing siblings proudly displaying their big sister tshirt or big brother t shirt alongside their “little” or a wee one standing by their personalized growth chart, excited to show off how tall they are, which is why we are so incredibly fond of the Petite Lemon in Real Life feature.
This week we have one of our Petite Lemon Brand Enthusiasts, Carly from Ever Clever Mom as our Petite Lemon in Real Life feature. Carly’s darling little’s are sporting Kids Play big sister tshirt and little brother onesie in the photo above. We asked Carly some questions and are sharing her responses here:
How old are your kids?: Calvin is 8 months old and Eva is 3 years oldl
What do you think they love about being siblings: Oh they absolutely love it! I am certain that they like each other more than they like me!
What are your favorite Petite Lemon products and why: I can’t just pick one! I absolutely love any of the décor and tees with illustrations/artwork. I am art obsessed, but it’s also so cheerful and inviting for kids. And kids actually want to look at it! It’s art that doesn’t just make me happy, it makes my kids happy. Eva knows all of the animals in her Zoo Friends Alphabet Poster and loves them.
What do you love about having 2 kids?: So much good stuff! They are so different. I get to have a whole new mom experience with baby number two.
What do you like least about having 2 kids?: There is so much poop!
What’s your favorite blog right now?: A Beautiful Mess
What’s your favorite Instagram right now?: @thedaddyfashionstylist
Define motherhood in one word: Stretched

How-to Tip: Use Stickers to Record Height on Personalized Growth Charts
We love creating our line of personalized baby gifts and want our customers to get the most use and enjoyment out of them, so we like to come up with fun how-to ideas to share with you.
For those of us that don’t have the best handwriting (guilty!) or just want to be a little extra creative when recording a child’s height on their personalized growth chart, stickers make a super cool (and easy) solution.
Here are a few ideas on how to use stickers on personalized growth charts:
1. Choose stickers that either match or contrast with the growth chart’s design. Think pretty butterfly stickers on the Hoot Hoot growth chart or simple colored circular stickers from an office supply store on the Color Me chart.
(Butterfly stickers from Etsy Shop Graphixpress and round colored stickers from Staples)
2. For kids that share the same growth chart, use different sticker themes or colors to differentiate their heights.
(All of these different labels are from Paper Source)
3. Pre-write dates on stickers to remind yourself when to measure so you don’t miss milestones like birthdays, holidays, school year start and end dates, etc.
(Kraft Heart stickers are from Etsy Shop ChickyDoddle; Chevron Ombre stickers are from Etsy Shop OnceUponSupplies)
What do you think; do you or would you use stickers on your kiddo’s personalized growth chart? Do you have a unique way of recording your child’s growth you’d like to share with us?
Get Inspired! Easter Bunny Décor
Is the Easter Bunny delivering more than a basket of goodies for you this year? If you have a new “somebunny” on the way in April, you may want to consider a rabbit theme in your nursery. The soft, fluffy animal makes a sweet accent whether the room takes on a woodsy feel or a sophisticated slant.
Here are a few bunny-themed nurseries ideal for an April baby (or really any time they’re so cute!), which we’ve paired with a few of our personalized growth charts that feature the happy hare.
We recently highlighted nurseries with geometric shapes and this room with its triangle accented wall would fit that trend, but takes on a softer touch with pale pinks and grays, as well as bunny décor. We’d add in the pink and gray Animal Crackers personalized growth chart to tie in both the bunny and the geometric elements. (100 Layer Cake-let)
This woodland themed room with multiple plush bunnies, pennants, and patterns is beyond adorable, just like the color and theme coordinated Woodland Fun personalized growth chart. (Here Comes Baby)
Multi-hued stripes take center stage in this nursery, but look closely – there‘s a bunny lamp, colorful handpainted bunnies lining the wainscoting, and a stuffed bunny sitting on the windowsill. Add in the My City personalized growth chart and see how many more hares are hiding in plain sight. (Project Nursery)
We love all the bright pastels in this springy room sprinkled with rabbit and carrot inspired décor, which is why we’d choose the My Town personalized growth chart to give this space even more bunnies to hunt for. (My Home Ideas)
Which of these bunny themed nurseries and personalized growth charts would you ask the Easter Bunny to bring this spring?
