It’s that time again…..
After a long summer (that always goes by so fast!) your kids are probably excited to get back to school (maybe you are secretly ready for them to go back too).
We know you are busy getting them all ready, so Petite Lemon created this fun and free Back to School sign that they can proudly display in a photo on their first day. All you need to do is download the file, print it, and fill out the prompts to make it special for them.
At the end of the school year, we’ll have another sign that you can use to compare their growth.
We’ve got a great Valentine’s project to work on this weekend with the kids and have some DIY fun! Our amazing Creative Director Hillary is at it again! She’s come up with this fabulous — and free — DIY Valentine’s Day Felt Envelopes that includes some super adorable cards to print and give to friends.

It’s a new month. Seriously, let’s talk about this for a second. How is it already September?!? Anyways, we are totally in love with color these days! So much that we couldn’t pick a favorite to focus on for September. So this month we are sharing our favorite colorful inspiration.

-Since the kids are all back to school and already busy with their school work, we thought it would be fun to have cute little bookmarks for them to print off and personalize for their books. See below for the link to the FREE DOWNLOAD.

Add a little element of surprise in your child’s lunch box with these adorable and FREE printable lunch notes. These notes are a great (and super easy) way to add a little encouragement as the little ones head back to school.
All you need to do is download the link below, print out the cards, and write a little note on the back of the card. These printable lunch notes fit perfectly in lunches, pants pockets, backpacks, books, and anywhere else they might look though out the day.
Getting your kiddos excited to read all summer can be challenging, but it doesn’t have to be. Petite Lemon created this super awesome Summer Reading Chart to not only get them excited, but to help them see their progress along the way. You can adapt this Summer Reading Chart to any reader by setting the specifics and the reward at the end (a little bribery never hurt, right?)
Dr. Seuss said it best, when he said “The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more you learn, the more places you’ll go.”
A poster and paper size are included to help the little ones get started on their reading adventure.
Looking for some summer fun? Enjoy a game of matching madness. It’s an instant solution when the “mom, I’m bored” sentiment is sung in your house. We spend a lot of time outside (well pretty much all of our time is spent outside) so this outside match game was perfect to help keep my kids occupied.
It’s simple to prepare too! Download the match game, print out the images and lay them on your lawn. Your kids will enjoy finding the matching icons. And when the game is through, mix up the images and let them play again (and again, and again, and again…….).
